Hey guys, I have an overclocked E6750 @ 3.4ghz stock voltage and some asus cooler. I noticed that when using core temp or speedfan that my idle temps are around 20c and when I use bios to check my temps they're around 30c does speedfan or core temp have some sort of glitch? I remember someone talking about how the quad core on speedfan is recognized as 15c lower. THanks.

Looks like CoreTemp main website is down. You could also try that program to read the core temps:

Core Temp 0.9.54 Beta

I basically use Speed Fan to show GPU temps on the task bar, and core temps with.. heh coretemp. :D

Hi Grimmy,

Arthur Liberman, the author of Core Temp, emailed me on the 28th to let me know that he changed his homepage, which I immediately updated in my Temp Guide.
