Install windows xp 64 edition on dell xps 400

I installed xp 64 on my dell xps 400. now, it wont install the network driver so i can't surf to get the additional updates and drivers. any suggestions?

Note the Service Tag off the side of the case and input it in the relevant place at Dell's website. If drivers are available, that's where to find the precise ones for the hardware that was put in your computer.
