how to fix my video card that says does not met the requirements every time i tried to install my board vga installer

You are either trying to install the wrong drivers or your video card is bad. Go to the vendor support site, get the exact drivers for your system based on the OS. Make sure you are not trying to use XP or Win 7 drivers or something.
