well u might as well go with the e6750 for about 40 bucks more

Reply to monste4321

that way i wouldnt have to overclock right?

Reply to SuperiorRobot

Isnt it easier to o.c the lesser chip tho?

Reply to SuperiorRobot

Not really...I would just get a cheap c2d now (A e2160 or e2180) and overclock it till quads become more abundant and cheaper. But if you don't want to do that, I'll just go with the e6750 now.

Antec 900 if you want good airflow.....its great

the 182b is also good for silence (not as good airflow)

Reply to Silverion77

alright so should i go with the e2180, is it not much of a performance drop from the e4600?

Reply to SuperiorRobot

not if u overclock it (if so get 900 case)......I've seen them to 3.4+

I'll be doing mine.....once my 8800GT comes (Wednesday!!!!!!)

PS: corsair 620 or 520
Case: antec 900 or p182

also an e6750 is the best bet right now
