wats a good overclock for a e8400. It needs to be stable but give decent performance. I'm using a antec 900 with fan settings all at 100% with the CPU temperature at around 25-35 celsius. Wat would a safe temperature be? I'm going to use the ASUS overclocking software that come with my P5K mobo

The E8400 would be more voltage limited than heat, so don't go over 1.4V.
