My laptop has a 7pin S-Video out port and the a VGA out port. Is there any ways i could connect my laptop to TV so that I could use my TV as a visual display unit?

btw my TV doesn't have a S-Video in port..

P.S. - i've also posted this same prob in the laptops sections of this forum. I'm sorry for the double post. I wasn't sure into which section this was most appropriate under.. :??:

yeah, you can get an svideo to componet or CATV converter... both are pretty damn cheap, the svideo to componet converter should only be a couple of dollars at radio shack. walmart sells the svideo to catv converters.

Posted a similar thing in the laptop section. It took me 2 minutes to find them on a google search.
