This morning I finished installing my PC and went to go OC it. Good stuff I guess.
Got back into Windows and launched a few programs that I heard people liked to see their pc stats.
SpeedFan is showing : Temp1 31C
Temp2 25C
Core 0 23C
Core 1 27C
That looks good.
CoreTemp says : Core 0 38C
Core 1 40C
Frequency : 2880 (320.0 x 9.0)
Temp is off a bit.... *shrug*
OCCT says : Core 0 38C
Core 1 40C
CPU Clock : 1920 (6.6% OC)
Bus Clock : 320 (60.1% OC)
A little confused here... I'm not sure what I should go by, I did have it set to clock 3 GHZ but I changed it since when I used Prime95 OCCT/CoreTemp were getting close to 60C. OCCT is showing that OCing my system to 2880, that it is really only 1920.
I'm using the P35 DS3L Overclocking guide I found here and I'm using an Allendale 2160.
First time I have OC... so I am probably missing something. =p
