I cant open bios on my desktop

Hello,
I run a Getaway PC and after I have installed windows vista, I cant open the bios at startup as I alwaays done before by pressing F2> can someone help?

Installing Vista would have no effect on the BIOS. What happens when you try to get to the BIOS? Does the PC boot normally?
