Unable to add network printer

i have a printer attached to this computer, which is connected via a wireless network. whenever i try to add the printer as a network printer on another computer, it gives me an error, and i get disconnected from the network on this computer.

When i try to add a network printer on another computer from this computer, it disconnects me from the network.

Ive tried reinstalling the printer to no avail.
