Hey All,

About a week ago, I powered up my Alienware (sigh) PC and during the POST it displayed its usual "Checking NVRAM" statement and it never moved on from there. I restarted and it went through. Since then, every other boot up or so there is a REAL long delay during what I believe is the NVRAM check...I say believe because I am not 100% positive. Anyway, after the REAL long delay, 1024MB appears and we're off to the races. But it never used to have this really long delay.

Does this mean that one my DIMM's might be starting to go? Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help!
