Most major league baseball and NBA playoff games have been in HD as
far I have noticed. Not all, but most of them. Outside of those and the
studio shows, the HD offerings are slim.

Sunday night's baseball game was in HD.
I have unsubscribed to ESPN-HD until late August, when college football
resumes. Cable company charges $1.50 extra per month for ESPN-HD. It's
well worth it(less than a cup of Starbucks) for football and basketball
but I fall asleep watching MLB.

Sportscenter and Baseball Tonight are in HD for the studio cameras
and present a mix of HD and SD highlights. The rest of the ESPN shows
such as Pardon the Interruption and Jim Rome are in SD.
