Use the disk that came with your motherboard. Once you've installed the drivers for your networking, you can download the latest drivers from the internet for video, sound, and even chipset drivers.
Once you can get online, there are a few things you can use to find out about missing drivers. One is www.PCpitstop.com. There is a suite of tests, drivers being one of them. You'll need to get the latest version of flash for your browser to run the test.
Another application for testing drivers is Everest free edition. This will give very detailed info about your system.
