I am looking to put together a system with the Asus PK5 motherboard (P35 chipset).
The P35 chipset does not natively support DDR2 memory at 1066, but Asus has added
the feature. However, I've read that there could be stability problems.
My question is this: Does anybody have any experience with this? If so, how did it
turn out? Is it worth paying a bit more for DDR2 memory at 1066? Is it worth the
price/performance/stability? Or should I just stick with DDR2-800 memory?
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I would go with the best deal, if ddr2 800 is cheap get it. If 1066 is cheap get it instead. I have crucial ballistix at 1000 4-4-4-12 on a p5k deluxe. Thats on stock rated volts, very overclockable and very stable ram. Iv'e had them at 1200@ 5-5-5-15 stock volts as well, just great ram.
