I posted earlier in the homebuild section where i am getting a BSOD stop error when installing XP with a Raid 1 array

The stop error is:
0x0000007B (0xF78D2524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

When i googled it it was a stop error with the raid 1 devices.
Some said u need to install the drivers off a floppy (which i dont have i mean who uses floppies anymore?!?!)
Others said that with an Asus board (I have the P5Q Deluxe) they have a problem with how it recognizes IDE drives but nothing is IDE and theres only 1 IDE slot.

So im totally lost as to how to fix my error....
Can anyone give a little help?!

Much Appreciated.
Silver

Edit: Took a closer look at the manual and it says install Windows before setting up raid....but doesnt the raid just erase it?

Try installing windows on a single drive , to rule out a RAID issue first. If it works in will need to setup the RAID-1 again in the controller BIOS and install the driver on XP CD boot "PRESS F6 to install additional drivers"
