Need help deciding which board to get!!!

Cant decide which board to get. Looking at these:

Price is not really a factor, they are within $10-15 of each other. i will be overclocking. I will be gaming (source mods, crysis, tf2, etc), doin multimedia apps (photoshop, dvdsanta, HD movies), and other general things. These are my system specs:

Intel e6300 (looking for 2.8-3.2ghz) w/ good cooler (prob TT or Ultra120)
BFG 8800gt OC
Crucial Ballistix DDR2800 2x1gb
Antec 900
1x 74gb Raptor with XP SP2
1x 74gb Raptor with Vista Ultimate
1x WD 500gb Drive (looking to get 3 more drives to RAID, want to have 1tb mirrored)
Antec 500w (switching to prob a Corsair HX520)

the Antec900 case needs an avail USB connector, as well as a memory card reader i have. not too sure, but i think the gigabyte only has 1 or none of those..? am i correct? thanks all

This will come down to personal opinion with most people on this forum... if you dont need wireless id go with the P5K-e

Agree with chookman on the mobo. Given you're doing video and photo should really think about going with a quad core given these are really CPU intensive It would do more good than the Raptors. Given the money you're putting into the machine, I think the CPU upgrade is justifiable and there are areas you can save on and upgrade later if necessary

sorry, forgot to mention that I will be upgrading to a Q6600 in next 1-2 months
