GA-P35-DS3R vs p5k deluxe

Im in the process of constructing a computer again, and this time im unsure about motherboards and cpus
My choices are:
gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R or asus p5k deluxe
q6600 or e6550
I was planning on OCing the system, but im not sure which combos would work best.

any and all advice would be welcome

Well I built my computer in August and I have a q6600 on a mild overclock of 3.0ghz.I have the DS3R. Motherboard fried last week out of the blue. Their customer support is not the greatest either.

Best value for money on the asus range is the P5K-e has most all of the features of the deluxe. minus one RJ-45 and some copper

I have a q6600 on a p5k deluxe@3.0 for almost a year and I love it.
Very stable fast setup...

it's the old gts 640mb overclocked to 575/1350/1700
