Downloadable cities

Are there any places I can download cities? I found a website that has
the regional layout, but I fear it's barren of any roads or buildings.
I get bored real quick doing the actual designing of cities, but I love
to explore pre-designed ones.

Being from Pittsburgh, PA I'd like to find one for that city
specifically.

Any ideas?
