I've been wondering for a while now - in most of Tom's video card reviews (which I love) he mentions these weird super low retail prices that I'm still to see in real life. I know all the major e-retailers and some obscure ones too, and none of them offer prices so low. Even eBay often doesn't come close by selling used cards. Am I missing something everyone else knows?
