I am trying to overclock more but no matter what my settings I can't get it to remail stable, BSOD, random freezes reboots at my choices above 3.4 which were 3.5 and 3.6 GHz I am not sure if i'll be able to overclock any futher past 3.6. Let me know any ideas on what I should do or something that I can change to make this system faster without buying any thing additional. Thanks

Let's see, 3400/7.5 = 453MHz. So your motherboard is running at 453MHz, which could be the wall. This means you probably can't run any faster than this without getting a better motherboard.

You do have the NB and FSB voltage maxed out, yeah?

Naw those are at the low green not sure what they are I found some data online from xbit labs about a q9300 that they got to 3.5 bus speed 467, rated FSB 1868.1 CCore 1.389 I'm gonna go exit to my bios and try these setting out and see if it works i'll write down the NB and FSB and write that down in a few

Craped out, those new setting I tried didn't even post haha ah well. My voltages weren't maxed out, the CPU Bus was at 1.30, nForce SPP @1.40, nForce MCP @1.5 theres a little playing around room if I want too. I thought that my mother board was pretty good not sure if there are anyother ones out that are much better than it, its a 790i.
