Just installed vista on a new HD on a 40gb partition. I also created a 160gb partition, and a 440gb partition on the same drive (WD6400aaks). Now that the OS is installed, it only shows partitions 1 and 2. How do I recover the third partition without starting over?

Register or log in to remove.

Start > Right-Click My Computer > Click Manage

Storage > Disk Management

You will see your partitions and any unallocated space. You can create a partition and format it from here.
