I cannot switch on toggle key sounds in XP Pro SP3

Have you tried Control Panel>Accessibility Options>Settings? Are you running the normal Windows Default sound scheme? I'm uasing it here on XP Pro SP3 for when I hit the cAPSlOCK by mistake.
