Ok well I need to know which type of memory would be best for my brother in laws laptop. Here's the model...

I know its pretty old, but hey it's still good. I know its a DDR memory but which one do you guys recommed (like in speed and brand type.)
Well since were talking about his laptop now let me go off subject a bit. I can't be to sure about this...but can we purchase a video card? I'm sure its an on board graphics but not sure I'm able to update or purchase something better for his laptop. If so which video card would be best and where can i buy it.
