Blocked hotmail access

I believe my e-mail accnt was hacked and now I can't get into my e-mail to retreive important info. Once info is obtained I am going to shut down that accnt and open a new one

Try the security question to retrieve the password in order to get back your account...

or if you are not able to get back to your account contact hotmail admin...
