Computer problem

Hello, My computer's power light on the tower is faint yellow, however the fan does not work either, there is no sound from the computer at all. The monitor display a small box that reads "activate using PC" what r some things I can try that might fix this problem?

What make and model of computer and monitor do you have?

Try disconnecting the AC Power cord for 1 minute and then plug it back in and restart the computer.
