E6750 @ 3.2ghz, zalman cnps 9500, bfg 8800gt oc, 2gig ddr2 pc26400 ram, artic 700w psu, p35 ds3 mobo.

I have just recently built my 1st system, and had no idea about overclocking but your site and the great help from other users has been really appreciated.
i increased the fsb to 400mhz, set voltage to atuo now runs at 1.41v stable, set the sys mem multipier to 2.4 and gives me ram at 800mhz, at a 1 to 1 ratio. and does not go past 35 degrees when stress testing it.
am i right in saying this is a good overclock, this cpu really rocks when overclocked.
thanks again everyone.

No had not read it, but really good review, i had noticed that 1.408 to 1.410v is quite acceptable, and stable, i may go further but i seen a 1300 increase on 3d mark just by overclocking.

You misunderstood me. I was talking about the OC sticky here.
I just threw the review in there so you could see what they got.

Additionally, I was talking about reducing the Vcore to it's minimum stable number at your OC frequency, not reducing the OC itself. As long as the OC remains stable under Prime95/Orthos, then the reduction in the voltage will only reduce the temps, it will not affect the 3DMark score.
