Loud fans, speedfan not working, can't access BIOS

January 17, 2013 2:08:32 AM

I recently got a new heatsink, and the fan is really loud. I have gotten speedfan and tried that, after following all the instructions it doesn't seem to want to adjust the rpm. I then deleted speedfan and tried to get into BIOS, this however, failed. I was not able to get into bios, even after hitting delete, escape, enter, F1, etc... I have previously and now it doesn't want to work.
So I guess I have two main problems: Speedfan wont control my fan rpm properly (its plugged into the cpu_fan slot on my mobo.
And I am not able to get into BIOS, which is another problem all together but seems related.

My Build is as follows:
i5 2500k (stock 3.3Ghz)
GTX 570
120mm Sideon Water cooled heatsink
16GB Corsair Vengeance
Motherboard: P8Z68-V

Thanks in advance!
