Need ram advice for my new system

Intel E6750 2.66ghz (I want to oc the cpu to 3.0 ghz.)
Zotac 8800GT
Gigabyte P35 DS3L
Antec Performance True430P 430W Max With PFC

How are these? :

CORSAIR Dominator CL4 DHX 800Mhz PC2 6400 DDR2 RAM 2GB (2X1GB) (Voltage 2.1 V Cas 4 - 4 - 4 - 12 ) 96$

I really don't understand from timings but this one's cheaper with different timings :

CORSAIR Dominator CL5 DHX 800Mhz PC2 6400 DDR2 RAM 2GB (2X1GB) (Voltage 1.8 V Cas 5 - 5 - 5 - 18) 119$

Other suggestions are also welcome.

Too expensive. I really like my ADATA extreme edition. 800mhz 4-4-4-12. I payed $38 after a small rebate. With timings (CAS), lower is better. I would look for RAM with 800mhz and 4-4-4-12 like I got. Should be under $50. Might as well get 4 gb at that price huh?

I'm outside US. I can't get that kind of prices anywhere.

It's not like 3.0 will be the highest speed I'm going to oc. I would try to go higher as long as it's safe with stock cooling.
