HELLO
I HAVE WHAT I THINK IS A QUICK QUESTION!
MY MOTHERBOARD IS A ABIT AN9 32X WITH A AMD2X 5200 PROCESSOR.
AT THE MOMENT THE MEMORY THAT I'M USING IS THE CORSAIR XMS2 THAT I HAVE LISTED HERE BELOW. THE "Patriot Extreme" MEMORY BELOW THAT IS WHAT I'M THINKING ABOUT SWITCHING TO. THE BIG DIFFERENCE HERE IS THE TIMMING AND WHAT PERFORMANCE MIGHT EXPECT BETWEEN THES TWO? FINALLY, AM I TO UNDERSTAND IT THAT THE LOWER THE TIMING THE FASTER MEMORY, 5-5-5-12 TO 4-4-4-12 AND SO ON. THANK YOU FOR OUR HELP!

You've already got the XMS2, so I wouldn't spend on the Patriot. You should be able to tighten up those timings with an increase in voltage, if you want. The XMS2 are very good. With the 5000 CPU I don't see much more you can do for this system, unless you've not OCed already.
