Hello,
Im am going from an i-3 2120 to the i5 ivy bridge which i have. My board only ran 1333hz ram before the bios update. I believe it supports 1800 now. I have a galaxy 550 ti card originaly and just purchased a 7750 which i am not to sure about. Would i be better off keeping the card or returning it for faster ram ? Or is the card better ok. Another optopn i thought of since im still under the trial period is , should i return both the i5 and card and just go with the i7 ivy bridge and then faster ram etc.
so this is what i originaly had
i3-2120
8 gigs of patriot 1333 ram
galaxy 550 ti 2 gig card
western digital, 500g hd forgot if it was black or green
asus ASUS P8H61-M LE/CSM
with the updated bios my rig is looking like this
15 ivy bridge
8 gigs of patriot 1333hz ram
ati 7750 2gig card xfx
ocz ssd 120g and WD 500g HD
same mother board.
