Will my 7950GX2 fit and work in a Gigabyte GA-X38T-DQ6 Mobo?

I am thinking of uprading my GA-8N-SLi Mobo to the GA-X38T-DQ6, will my Gigabyte 7950GX2 graphics card fit and work in it?

I plan to upgrade the gfx card when the newer 9 series cards become available. i spent to much money on my GX2 to replace it now.
