Hello,
How do I get to my pictures that I sent to online album? I have a Samsung Intensity Phone? I use to be able to get to it from my media under my verizon account.

Do you mean Backup Assistant? If so, you should be able to go to www.verizonwireless.com and login to your profile to access them. If you don't have a profile created yet, you should see a link at the top right of the site to login/register. Once you go through the registration process and log into your account, you should see a big link to view your media.
