Hello,
I want to build a computer that will be great for gaming. I will show you what parts i want to put there, but i have a few question about some parts. Also the maximum proce of the pc cant be more that $1100.

Also, i was thinking about some newest chipsets that are available for intel and are not expensive. Albo i will be overclocking this processor from 2.4 to 3.5 so i need a good cooling.

You need more than a Tuniq tower for 3.5 GHz 24/7 on a Q6600.

I would recommend a Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme with a Scythe Fan.

Edit: Nah, forgot with the new core temps the Tuniq would be fine.

Neither of those coolers will get you close the the performance of the Tuniq or Ultra 120.

That Corsair PSU is one of the best on the market atm its extremely solid. The 8800GT suggested by EMP actually uses less power than the GTS anyways.

You original post has DDR ram listed not DDR2 dude it wont fit, let alone work.

Id stick with EMP suggestions... you may not need the 1066mhz RAM but it could also come in handy for the Overclocking.

Water cooling is great but it costs a lot of money to get the same performance of high end air cooling. At the same time a high end water cooling system will destroy a high end air cooling system.
