Was going to buy e2160 and cheap mobo. Where I live only 945 chipset is available. How much would I be able to overclock on that. Its gigabyte or asrock. Actually 2.7ghz shall do for me.

Dunno. Let's assume 350MHz FSB max OC. So that would be 9 x 350MHz = 3.15GHz. Instead, why don't you get a E2180 or E2200? They have x10 and x11 multiplier, respectively, so if the mobo can only do 300MHz, 10 x 300 = 3GHz or 11 x 300 = 3.3Ghz (This is rather hard to do).
