I have recently built my new PC with these specs below. Just today, I got the BSOD with these info:
USBPORT.SYS-Address B9ABD538 base at B9AB5000, Date Stamp 41107d62

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

the only two devices connected to the usb ports are my Logitech Mouse and my hp photosmart 7960.

PLEASE HELP! =(

intel core 2 duo e6750
xp mce 2005 sp2
mobo: abit p-35-e
2g ddr2 at 800
320gb sata 3g/s hd
512m ati x1550 pci e x16
400w LPK2-30 powerlink PSU

Before and after that error, I have been getting automatic restarts saying that "my motherboard is not compatible with the cpu" but its supposed to be compatible (it says so in the box). One time, i even got a corrupted error report. I also got freezes (cant move anything) and black outs.

as long as you have BIOS version 12. Load default settings. If this doesnt work... try disconnecting the printer... If this still doesnt work it sounds like maybe RAM issue test ram with memtest86+
