Intel's Warranty on CPU's

Alright i was wondering what the best way to go about using the warranty on my cpu is, is there any other way to do it besides by phone. Im looking to RMA my Q6600.

Haven't used Intel but most mfg have online section to get an RMA, which would be easier than a phone call. Check the support section of Intel
