E4300 + ABIT IN9 32MAX WIFI +overclock

help im having problems trying to overclock this chip

the specs are


E4300 @1.8
ABIT IN9 32MAX WIFI - 680i
2 x 1GB GEIL DDR2 800mhz
BFG 7900GTO

HIPER 580W PSU
BIOS VER 13 i think,

i just cannot seem to overclock this chip one bit on my new board, my old board would get it to atleast 2.4 before it hit the locked fsb

ive tried disabling all cpu features,
i set it to 'linked'
also i dno if this is any good

One thing that I have heard is that the BIOS revision 13 is not that great and you could flash it to 14. another factor is the PWM's. I have the IN9 with a Q6600 and the PWM's with stock cooling get to over 125 C although you have a dual core so it may not mater as much.
