Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 rev 3.3 F12 333FSB Hole?

I have been using this board for quite some time now. For some reason it doesnt do FSB333(1333). When I set it to 333 its runs/post at 332. If set to 334 it runs/post at 334. Its not a big deal but it just seems really strange.

Cpu is a E6420 with DDR2 800ram.

Yeah, that happens to me as well. I suppose it's a motherboard thing.

Have you tried 400, Just curious, Have 965-DQ6 and E6400, using 400 been stable for over a yr now.

System will run with 400 with a voltage increase. But since I hardly ever need that much speed+plus the fact its on stock cooler(also have a zalman 9700 but that cooler gives me mobo heat issues) I keep it around 2.66ghz with stock volts

Left my Vcore on auto, CPU voltage runing at 1.22 V (CPUID and CPUZ), Easy tune 5 yields 1.26. Using zalman 9500 cooler (modified the back plate due to the crazy cooler on back side of board. Like you I do not really need 3.2, but left it at that because it worked well with my DDR2 800 Ram.

But I can cut it back to 2.4, or 2.8 just by switching the multiplier down to 6 or 7, but that only makes it run a few degrees cooler.
