Anyone know if there are any non-onboard sound card that let you use the audio ports on a PC case?

I think the Auzentech XFI Prelude allows this.

The higher end X-fi models dont... inc Fatal1ty models... i think this is becuase you get the front panel with them. So they assume you dont need the rest.
