Ok, I've tried everything I can think of. I have a Dell laptop that is driving me crazy. Some keys are messed up and I believe that it is due to an input setting. The left shift presently is a second tab, right shift produces capital z and num luck presents a little q. I've changed all settings in region and language settings. I've even attempted a registry key change and still the keys are the same. I want to just set it back to the default for regular key use. Typically I would choose Canada English but again that is not working. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated......
