Voice changer problem.

Hi, i need help for changing my voice in counter strike source because my voice is bad and i want to sound like anonymous   Here is the link o looked but it didn't help http://www.ehow.com/how_7504720_set-voice-changers-coun... I got AV VCS 7.0 Diamond and Ventrilo but i did everything same they told and it can't change my voice. I figured a bit of it and when i set it and when i talk i can here the voice change but not in game so that means that i can hear that voice change only. I pressed record and it was recording but no changes for Counter Strike Source like i said.. and is that even possible to change voice in game? Thanks for help
