how can i determine the faulty hardware inside a pc?
[#0005ff]You start by describing the problem so someone can make a useful suggestion as to what might be wrong. It's usually a process of elimination to find out what works and what doesn't. What's actually going on in your system?[/#000ff]
There is not a problem, i'm asking because when a friend brings a pc i cannot determine what is working what is not plus i have a lot of spare hardware lying arround and i want to know what works and what does not
I mean technician do it with a software or a cable witch check what works and what does not.
Speaking personally, I just throw it into a test machine and if it works, it gets sold as part of a system and if it doesn't, it's recycled. I'm sure there is "proper" test equipment but I bet it costs a packet.
