More Information

I have been using a DI 624M for a while. Works OK.
However, after it has been power cycled a Trendnet Micro popup starts hi jacking links.
After a day or so it becomes random and not too often.
It is an ad for Trend Nets security dashboard trial offer which I do not want.
It appears tp be embedded in the Routers Flash RAM.
E-mails to both D-Link and Trend net all acknowledge issue but each vendor points to the other to get rid of it.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this unwanted Spam?
BTW, because of it, I have not bought D-Link or Trend-Net for myself or clients since.

Cheers,

Z

B.S. I had DI-624 not long ago. There was no spam. You might want to flash the router just in case someone else hacked it. I think it's your pc. Have you ever had any Trend-Net products installed on the pc? Trials?

Can you reproduce the same symptom with another pc or another account on the same pc in the same network?
