Lost all my 'libraries' icons

Hello,

I recently purchased a windows 8 HP laptop and began installing new programs as a teen does, but somewhere in the mix I seemed to lose all of my libraries icons...documents, music, pictures and videos. all of the icons, gone, and therefore the laptop won't allow me to open them. I tried to run a Norton Antivirus scan, it says that apparently the files do not exist. Any ideas on what I can do? I'm freaking out, I've already busted my new computer.

it happened to me after the latest automatic update and i had to create them manually, but i lost their icons and extra stuff (like on office 2013 it doesn't detectit right)
triplicate post? i cant seem to find them. would you be so kind on posting their urls, please?

Right click on "libraries" on folder list and hit reset default libraries" you'll get the initial lineup back
