Why does my cpu seem to be running well below stock at 2.0 ghz.

CPUZ as well as a Gigabyte overclocking utility that came with the board show the multiplier at 6 and fsb at 333.3

My bios says the multiplier is 8 which should put me at the stock of 2.6, but no luck.

IT occasionaly blips to 2.6 but mainly hovers around 2.0.. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Another case of RTFM !!! We get that question like what .... 2,3 times a week ? This only confirms what I've been noticing lately ... more and more people want to get into the enthusiast crowd but they do not seem to want to learn by themselves .... Google is your friend !!! And manuals are also your friends !!! But I guess it's easier to jusk ask others than to do some actual reading ..... be careful because while reading you might actually learn something and you wouldn't want that now would you .....
