Unable to copy movies from netbook with window 7n to pen drive

Hello,
i got a 8 gb tranascend pen drive,iam unable to copy movie files from netbook sony ,window 7 . whereas i can transfer and copy files from laptop which has window 2000

How large is the movie?
USB flash drive with FAT/FAT32 partition cannot copy files larger than 4GB. You will
need to convert the file system on that flash drive to NTFS to allow copy of files larger than 4GB.
