Hi this is my third build for a family member and i used a GA-P35-D3SL/S3L. Everything was going fine until i tried to play some music. When i went to speakers it said no sound device detected

Make sure the onboard audio is enabled in the BIOS

Also make sure you have the latest drivers. Uninstall the current audio drivers and then reinstall the latest ones. Even if you have the latest drivers, try uninstalling and reinstalling.
