Log off windows switch user

Hello, my computer used to have the option to switch user OR log off when I clicked the log off button, but now the switch user option has disappeared; however, both options are available on my other computer. What am I missing?

You might have Fast User Switching disabled. Try going to Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the Way Users Log On or Off > and make sure "Use Fast User Switching" is checked.
