Fitting into the case may be the wrong question. I believe that dell uses the standard atx format, so most performance mobos should fit.
I think it may even use an industry standard power supply, though you may need to upgrade it. The biggest problem you will probably have is the proprietary front panel connector.
I'm not much into dell, but someone with more familiarity shoulc be along soon.

Got a tape measure? ATX standard mobos are 12 inches, top to bottom.

The skulltrail board is standard ATX height, but looks to be about 16 inches deep.
Most cases wont be big enough, without a mod.

becuase the propoer case might be to tall for where i have it

"Might" be?

How much space do you have? Did you measure it? Did you check dimensions on something? If you are planning on putting it in a space that you aren't even sure if it has enough room around it, have fun cooling it....

Skull Trail is a minimum $3000 for just the CPUs and Mobos.

Heh.. ask dell.. they made the darn thing.

Other then that, just buy the right PC case that will fit the MB of your choice, that fits in your problem area.

And the thread should have been placed as other components rather then CPU to keep the forum organized.

Edit:

Or case mods.. bah
