Yes, I know it is a piece of ****. I want to replace it with a Power Supply between 400W-500W any more than that is very unnecessary for me. I plan on purchasing a new video card for at the very most $200 (NVidia: 8600GT, 8600GTS, 8800GT ATI: 2600XT, 3850, 3870). Here are the dimensions of my current PSU.

Price range up to $50

Power Supply Unit Size Measurements
W x H x L
150 mm X 86 mm X 140 mm
5.90 in X 3.39 in X 5.51 in

I just love how someone will come in here and start out with the worst baseline, only buy from one place and not pay over. Using those set guidelines I say, just go to your store and tell the guy you want a PSU for $50 and have a good day.
OR
Listen to the advice of the people from whom you asked it. Get a PSU that will serve you and your rig for more than a year before it dies and takes your computer with it.
