Need to give more info first. Desktop or Laptop? Does it even turn on? What lights come on, how far does it try to start (exactly, don't just say "I see a black screen with words on it"), when did this start (power surge, cat peed on it, what?), what did you try already if anything? Any not normal noises coming from the system?
